We study instrumentation used in gem identification with hands-on exercises and demonstrations. Sand Casting - learn about quick applications and instant gratification as you sand cast the age old method of casting. Digital Goldsmith - Dee Rouse Huth. This 4-day workshop takes you into the world of computerized jewelry design using Digital Goldsmith software. Design and Rendering - Robyn Kleinhans. This workshop teaches you the practical elements of design. You will learn how to transfer your design ideas to paper using basic rendering skills.
