DIRECTOR - CEO
35 yrs. and above, experienced and systems driven with good administrative and interpersonal skills. Will be responsible for the Institute as a Profit Centre, handling it's routine operations, counseling, coordinating / managing instructors, students enrollment and business development, problem solver.
Is also expected to maintain a liaison with students/parents, when applicable, public relations and the jewelry industry.
Directly reports to the Director and Chairman of CIJT and retired persons may apply. A background in jewelry industry will be an added advantage and definitely desired, however it is not necessary.
HEAD OF JEWELRY ARTS DEPARTMENT
Background in the jewelry industry is required so as to correlate and integrate industry techniques with the standard curriculum. Excellent communication and people's skills along with the ability to teach most of the skills mentioned below under the instructor openings.
INSTRUCTORS
- With complete knowledge of all aspects of bench jewelry in at least 2-3 of the following:
- Fabrication and soldering
- Stone setting
- Repairs & Reassembling / renovation of parts & pieces
- Model making & wax carving
- Designing Jewelry and its processes
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
With a minimum 10 years experience in the service industry preferably with a background of the jewelry industry. Dynamic, self motivated with an ability to lead along with strong communication and computer skills. Knowledge of software like Photoshop / CorelDraw / Digital Photography would be an added advantage.
RECEPTIONIST
Pleasant looking with a pleasing personality, well-groomed, articulate in diction and fluent in English, computer savvy and competent in handling the telephone system.
